Operational Safety Support

Vectra also provides a comprehensive suite of operational safety support services to assist and support:

The consent of the Nuclear Installations Inspectorate (NII) is required before any nuclear operations or process can be carried out.  Consent will only be given once the NII are satisfied that the documentation, which demonstrates both the adequacy of the engineering design and the suitability of the safety systems put in place to ensure safe operation of the plant is suitable and sufficient for purpose.  Vectra employ retired senior NII Inspectors to provide an independent peer review of all such documentation for site licence compliance.  These experts can also advise on the safe management of nuclear plants.
